Account help
Register for the test, verify your email, then sign in and create your game account from My account. The initial batch has 50 places.
Missing the verification email? Check your spam folder or request another verification email.
Forgot your website password? Request a password recovery email. For a game account created through this website, recovery also updates the game password. Wait for the update to finish in My account before signing into the game.
Existing assigned tester accounts are separate from website registrations. Contact support for help with an assigned login.
Client help
See the installation instructions and launch troubleshooting. Include your installation path if the client closes after login.
